Who We Are
John 3:17 Ministries (J317M) is a Colorado Springs–based outreach dedicated to bringing the love and grace of Jesus Christ directly to the lowriding community.
We believe that through the power of what He did on the cross, lives are transformed — and we are taking that message to the streets, to the shows, and to the airwaves.
Our work meets people where they are: in the garage, at the cruise night, on the podcast, and under the prayer canopy. The chrome reflects the glory; the engine carries the gospel.
Founders
Gerald & Rosa Medina
Gerald and Rosa Medina founded John 3:17 Ministries out of a shared calling — to take the love of Jesus to the streets, the shows, and the families of the lowriding community.
Rooted in faith and in the culture they love, Gerald and Rosa walk alongside riders, families, and teens, building a ministry where chrome, testimony, and grace come together.

Faith
Rooted in the truth of John 3:17 — Christ came to save, not to condemn. We share that grace without compromise.

We honor the artistry of lowrider culture. The craftsmanship of the ride mirrors the craftsmanship of God in the soul.
